Mira is an AI-powered application that generates videos and images based on user prompts. The App uses artificial intelligence to create, process, and enhance visual content.

3. User Accounts

You may be required to create an account to use certain features of the App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. User Content

By providing prompts or uploading content to the App, you grant Mira a limited license to use, process, and store your content solely for the purpose of providing the App's services to you. You retain all rights to your original content and prompts.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App to:

• Upload content that infringes on the rights of others
• Create content featuring identifiable individuals without proper consent
• Create or distribute inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
• Attempt to reverse engineer or compromise the App's security
• Use the App in any way that could damage or overburden our systems

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its code, design, and features, is owned by Mira.gift and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without explicit permission.

7. Subscription and Payments

Some features of the App may require a subscription. Payment terms and conditions will be clearly displayed before purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mira.gift shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the App.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via the App or email. Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
