Content Removal & Copyright Complaint Policy

1. Content Removal Requests

At SnapEdge, we respect your right to control your personal data and content. If you wish to have your content or personal information removed from our service, please follow the procedures outlined below.

1.1 User Content Removal

If you are a registered user of SnapEdge, you can delete your uploaded selfies and generated headshots directly through the App:

  • Open the SnapEdge app
  • Navigate to your profile or gallery
  • Select the image(s) you wish to delete
  • Tap the delete or trash icon
  • Confirm deletion when prompted

Alternatively, you can request content removal by emailing snapedgeai@icloud.com with the subject line "Content Removal Request" and including details about the specific content you want removed.

1.2 Account Deletion

To delete your entire account and associated data:

  • Open the SnapEdge app
  • Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account
  • Follow the prompts to confirm account deletion

Account deletion will remove all your personal information and content from our active systems. Some information may remain in our backup systems for a limited time as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

2. Copyright Infringement Complaints

SnapEdge respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide our Copyright Agent with the following information:

  • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
  • Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed
  • Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, such as an address, telephone number, and email address
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
  • A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

2.1 Submitting Copyright Complaints

Copyright infringement notifications should be sent to our designated Copyright Agent at:

2.2 Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed due to a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our Copyright Agent containing:

  • Your physical or electronic signature
  • Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access disabled
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
  • Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for the judicial district in which the address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which SnapEdge may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided notification or an agent of such person

3. Response Time

We aim to respond to all content removal and copyright infringement complaints within 5 business days. Complex cases may require additional time for investigation and resolution.
